We offer three payment options for Visa customers:
a) Pay online. Shop directly from our online Collection and pay online using your Visa credit card. You will know that your transaction was completed when you receive a confirmation email. Visa transactions are processed securely online through TD CanadaTrust / Beanstream using 128 bit SSL encryption.

Purchasing by Cheque or Money Order

Gift Certificates
Want to give a beautiful piece of the Yukon to someone, but not sure what they'd like?
Consider giving gift certificates toward purchase of books, posters, calendars, art cards or fine prints from our Collection. Recipients receive a gift certificate enclosed in a personal note card from Fritz Mueller Photography. Please allow two weeks for recipents to receive their gift card. Deadline for guaranteed Christmas delivery in North America is December 6th.
Gift certificates are available in any amount (minimum $25). Contact us directly to arrange for payment (Visa or cheque).
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our print products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, return the item to us in original condition. Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to promptly issue a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. All returns must be processed within 60 days of purchase.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and return the damaged item, including the original packaging. Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to ship you a complete replacement free of charge.
Shipping Information
- Books, posters, calendars and art cards are shipped by regular post. Fine prints are shipped by insured courier.
- Books, posters and fine prints are shipped in durable mailers or shipping tubes.
- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping within North America, and 4 to 8 weeks for shipping overseas.
- Alternative shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us directly.
