Purchasing by Visa

We offer three payment options for Visa customers:

a) Pay online. Shop directly from our online Collection and pay online using your Visa credit card. You will know that your transaction was completed when you receive a confirmation email. Visa transactions are processed securely online through TD CanadaTrust / Beanstream using 128 bit SSL encryption. Your Internet browser must be configured to accept cookies to be able to use the shopping cart.
  

b) Pay by fax or mail. View the online Collection. Print the order form and fill in your order and Visa credit card information. Fax us [fax: 867.667.6444] or mail your completed order form to our postal address:

Purchasing by Cheque or Money Order

Print the order form and fill in your selections. Don't forget to calculate shipping and applicable taxes. See below for shipping prices. Make your cheque or money order payable to 'Fritz Mueller Photography'. Mail your completed order form and payment to:

Gift Certificates

Want to give a beautiful piece of the Yukon to someone, but not sure what they'd like?

Consider giving gift certificates toward purchase of posters, art cards or fine prints from our Collection. Recipients receive a gift certificate enclosed in a personal note card from Fritz Mueller Photography. Please allow two weeks for recipents to receive their gift card. Deadline for guaranteed Christmas delivery in North America is December 6th.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our print products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, return the item(s) to us in original condition. Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to promptly issue a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. All returns must be processed within 60 days of purchase.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and return the damaged item, including the original packaging. Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to ship you a complete replacement free of charge.
